COVID LOCKDOWN NORTHERN BEACHES HOME DELIVERY T&C’S

- Free delivery on all orders over $50
- Delivering to all Northern Beaches Suburbs accessible by road
- Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday only, no weekend deliveries
- Orders must be placed by midday (12pm) for next day delivery 
- Deliveries will be scheduled from 2pm onwards Monday to Friday
- Please provide your address on checkout and please note, someone must be home / at work to accept contactless delivery. We will not leave deliveries unattended to ensure Food Health & Safety guidelines are met. 
- Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by someone from The Whole Leaf team to coordinate an appropriate delivery time. Please note, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, however we will do our best to accommodate delivery instructions
- If you would prefer to pick up your order from our Narrabeen cafe, please advise in your order instructions and a member of the The Whole Leaf time will contact you to advise when you can collect. Please note our current COVID trading hours are Mon-Fri 6am - 12pm and Sat-Sun 7am - 1pm.
- Strictly no refunds on any orders once placed due to food ordering/handling and the team delivering the freshest & highest quality food/meals

 

 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Whole Leaf accepts returns & issues refunds for any products received damaged or incorrect. You must notify The Whole Leaf within 24hrs of receiving your order via Phone (02) 0446 0465, Email hello@thewholeleaf.com.au or through our Contact Page on the website www.thewholeleaf.com.au. Returns & refunds will only be approved & accepted with receipt or proof of purchase, and prior to refunds being approved, The Whole Leaf requires images (if not local) or to view damaged goods to assist with the return & refund process. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened & in it’s original condition that you received it in. It must also be in it’s original packaging. Once a return has been approved & processed, The Whole Leaf will contact you to advise weather a full refund or credit will be issued. For all refunds, payment will be made into a designated bank account, please allow 7-14days for all refunds to be processed and received.
